HOUSE RULES​

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND
Smoking, vaping, and use of smokeless tobacco will not be permitted inside the facility or in our parking lot areas.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

Use of profanity and other types of aggressive and vulgar language and behaviors are prohibited. This includes name-calling, harassment, intimidation, or other menacing behaviors and may result in immediate removal from the building, suspension of membership, or termination from the facility. 

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the facility and prohibited from being consumed in our parking areas.

Coolers are not permitted and will be asked to be removed from the facility.

No Outside Food or Drinks are permitted (with the exception of personal water bottles).

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Cancellation requests will only be accepted if you send us a request through email to: contact@gamepointmiami.com with subject line “Cancellation”.

No refunds of any kind, if canceled within 24 hours of your session.

​For a 50% credit to use on your next booking, cancellations & changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No refunds of any kind will be issued for no-shows.

CHILDREN
16 and under individuals must be supervised by a guardian at all times.
WEAPONS
Carrying or concealing a weapon or any device or object that may be used as a weapon may result in immediate removal from the building. No exceptions of any kind.

FAQs

CAN YOU BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES?​

Outside food and beverages are prohibited. A full service refreshment bar is located at Game Point Miami. Only personal water bottles or sports beverages are allowed in the facility. Outside Food is not permitted in these areas at any time. 

HOW MANY PLAYERS PER COURT?
  • 12 players on half-court 
  • 16 players on full-court

No spectators on the court during the time of your booking.

WHEN DOES MY BOOKING TIME START?

Time will start running at the time of your reserved time slot. Please arrive 15 minutes early to account for check in.

Example: Reservation was booked for an hour for 7:00 PM, you arrived at 7:15, your reservation will still end at 8:00 PM.

Book online with our online booking system. 

IS THERE FREE PARKING?

We have free parking at Game Point. However, it’s on a first come, first served basis.
